You can request deletion of your account and associated data here, without installing or opening the application.
What will be deleted
Once we receive and verify your request, we delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- The device associations bound to that account
- The account's personal settings and preferences
- Video and event records stored in the cloud belonging to that account
What will not be deleted
The following is retained after account deletion, for the reasons and periods below:

Retained data is not used for any other purpose.
How and when we handle it
We complete processing within thirty days of receiving a request.
To prevent someone impersonating you, we email the account's registered address to confirm before carrying out a deletion. Nothing is deleted until that confirmation is received.
