What these terms cover
These terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through applications we operate.
Please note: your subscription contract is with QUNYANG THINGS TECHNOLOGY LTD. TAIWAN BRANCH (Taiwan business number 83167770), not with the brand shown in the application you are using. That brand may be our customer; the subscription service is provided and billed by us.
What a subscription gives you
For the length of the subscription you may use the subscription features stated in that application. What those features are differs between applications and is shown inside the application and on its store listing.
Length and price
The length and price of a subscription are shown inside the application and on its App Store or Google Play listing. We do not list individual plan prices here, so that this page cannot fall out of step with what is actually being sold.
Prices follow the store pricing for your region and may differ with region, tax and exchange rate.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the current period ends, the subscription renews and you are charged at the price of the plan for that period.
The charge is taken within the twenty-four hours before the current period ends. If it cannot be taken, the subscription may be suspended.
How to cancel
Cancel through the account settings of the platform you bought from:
- App Store: manage it under Subscriptions in your Apple ID
- Google Play: manage it under Subscriptions in the Play Store
Cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four hours before the current period ends, otherwise the subscription renews for another period. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period.
We cannot cancel a platform subscription on your behalf.
Refunds
Subscription payments are collected by the platform. Refunds follow that platform's refund policy and are assessed and processed by the platform. Please apply to Apple or Google directly.
Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes affecting the rights and obligations of an existing subscription will be notified appropriately before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
